Amongst participants on the low-GL diet plan, the ratio of saturated to monounsaturated fatty acids boosted, which negatively correlated with overall acne lesion matters (r= − 0.39; P= 0.03) and follicular sebum discharge (r= − 0.49; P= 0.006).
