Unfortunately due to some ongoing incidents with bot spam attacks, we're having to lock our easy '1-click join' links for the main skype group. We still do want to provide 24/7 support in a convenient way, so while we work out the best way of getting external assistance; we're switching to adding people to the groups manually.
